So part of my day job is helping users with their technical problems.  These could be my fellow employees or they could be customers from the hosting company.  Either way most of the technical support calls happen without any problems.  The users call.. you help them… they go back to work, or some variation of that scenario.

Well every now and then things just don’t work out that way.  Here is a great video from YouTube that illustrates exactly what its like to work in your IT department.

While very funny and mostly true (we never play games at work though).. it goes to show you that sometimes the users make it much more difficult on us tech support guys then we make it difficult on you.
